We may all know the feeling of missing out on a moment while the FUD and FOMO came out. You may be outside when the FUD comes out, in the bathroom, cooking dinner or sleeping. How not to be affected by them, let's find out.

You start to open charts, market monitoring tools, Delta, Blockfolio, or Twitter. Feeling a sea of blood before your eyes, you missed a pumped, or you missed the beat of a token that is launching its new feature. It's bad, but it's not over yet because you have not figured out what's going on in the market.

Your heartbeat rising, eyes dilated, Adrenaline hormone begins to produce, you go through the browser tabs to find more information to confirm what you read is correct, you can feel a scream inside your head ...

FOMO – Fear of missing out

FUD – Fear, uncertainty, doubt

The first thing is that you are not worried and you should realize what is happening to you
Find out the symptoms, which affect and determine the origin of the FUD / FOMO.

The second step is to eliminate the source of fear
This means taking your hands off the computer mouse first and stepping out of the place where you make the order (seriously) - It could be a phone, a computer, a laptop, a tablet ... no matter what it is.

The third step, once you've got rid of the origins of FUD and FOMO, take a deep breath and start thinking slowly

Complete these three steps and you are ready to think about the actions you can perform in a calm, rational and effective way. This requires a strong will and discipline, not to be interrupted here.

Good luck !

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

The rule of thumb for investing in anything :

Replace : "should i invest X amount into Y oportunity?" with "am I ok with losing X amount because of Y delusion ?"

If the answer is yes, then no fud or fomo will make you doubt.

Reconsider your answer to the question with every significant profit or loss.

At least it works for me.

FOMO and FUD are useful when trying to predict a market. Although one shouldn't fall into those traps others certainly will and you can follow the trends. Recent ripple FOMO really pushed up the price and that is just one example
