I have e AMD R9 290x. It is one of the hottest VGA. But GMiner have temp limit of 90C. The VGA car mine with 94C. My question is how to change temp limit settings on GMiner and make the card start mining? I started it but after 1 minute the card reach temp limit of 90C and miner stop mining... Thank you.

90C is extremely hot and if you get these temps in just a minute of mining then I will advise you to change the thermal paste of the card and see if the fans are working properly and at rated fan speeds.
Even though VGA can mine with 94C, it is not at all good for the longevity of the card.

I'm thinking you should use Afterburner to modify your power and fan settings. Reduce power limit and raise fan speed till under 70c if you haven't tried that already.

What's your setting from the bat file?

Can you post it here or check this line "--pers auto" if you have it on the settings if it's not "auto" replace it with that parameter. This might be the reason why you have this issue.

I can not know the settings it is embedded in the nicehasch software I just change the minor to the new version
setting them up nicehach that makes them
I guess it keeps the same setting as the previous version
its especially the extration speed which is slower but the hashtrat is good but the extraction is slower
