If you are talking about the dev fee - the systems works perfectly and is already in use for first marketing tasks
and parts of it were used to fund listing at

We are currently still in need of donations but hope this will change very soon

we already arranged listing on altmarkets.cc
further listings will definitely happen its just a matter of time.
The more GLT price would grow the faster we can expand to further exchanges - most of the exchanges use high listing fees like 4 btc.
Thats about 1/3 of all existing GLT and cant be paid yet by the treasury.
Until we can pay more stuff from the treasury we reach out for Exchanges that list us free or for acceptable fees in GLT directly.
