I am not sure about that face, but clothes and background are taken from that image. Everything is the same.

If you look again, you will see that the other guy is just another guy. Please correct post:

The scammer used just the face of Image A (not the whole head, just the face without the ears) and placed on the image B.

Image B still the same, same ears, clothes, but the face is from image A.

So Image C was created.
