Is there is any website where I could see the running nodes and the clients used (which bitcoin core version used)?

I checked Coins.dance and bitnodes.earn.com I can't find anything expect the count of the running nodes, even though I remember earn showing them before.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Doesn't Bitnodes.earn.com show the Bitcoin core version?

I think https://bitnodes.earn.com/dashboard/ is the link you're looking for, instead of https://bitnodes.earn.com/
This might also be of interest: https://bitnodes.earn.com/nodes/leaderboard/

I could be wrong though, as i'm not entirely sure this is what you mean.

Or just simply https://bitnodes.earn.com/nodes/
With that you can click the specific version and show the nodes.

When I click Satoshi:0.16.3 , it will show the 2870 Nodes
