I think ETH is a trustworthy coin to hold in the long run because Eth is the best Altcoin in my opinion. even though the price is currently down but I'm sure ETH will be able to get out of this condition.

I think the most trusted altcoins are the coins already existed for beyond 3 years. In my opinion these coins already lasted that long that people believe in them and still continually investing on them. With this said so some examples would be Ethereum, Litecoin, DOGE, XVG and XLM.

Yeah in crypto space there is many Cryptos and from that finding a good crypto or trusted one is very hard.  If you are a new person to this world then I will prefer without bitcoin go with some altcoins which is ranked under 20-30 in cmc. Normally those who have great market capis trusted. But sometimes that also failed. We can see the incident of bitconnect or recently whether incidents. For believing properly on someone is hard but still if we have to do go with big names that's it. Like eos nano neo bnb and many more.

I know Altcoin other is have a big profit but have a big risk too.

See the CMC. check the top 100 projects there you can select better projects more.  Also, select those are at the bottom price at the current situation. you can buy those for better profit.

I am sure that now there are hundreds of new coins every day and of course more than half of them are fake. I expect to make a profit from the purchase, and this will be possible only with large altcoin
