Not really banning cryptocurrency ads though from the beginning they only ban any ICO ads that's trying to gather funds from people while a cryptocurrency related product that's purely offering their product
not raising money is still allowed, however lifting the ads still sounds really good though.

That news looks not true story, google just try to put a lot of restriction to their system. Maybe facebook has been lifting the ban from the ico and crypto related advertisement but not for google.

i think facebook and google doesnt really understand what a crowd funding crypto means.
