Basically im a google/android maniac. Always owned Android phones, currently have the Nexus 4, MotoX and waiting for the Nexus 5. I got everything from the chromecast to the chromebook. One thing Ive yet to pull the trigger on though is a tablet.

Obviously I'm leaning towards a Nexus device for full root and custom rom ability. However i read alot of hardware problems with both of these tablets. I also have the hard choice of wanting a 10 because a 7 seems to have no point if my phone is going to be 5 inches. Secondly isnt a new nexus 10 getting released rumored soon? I really dont want to spend more then $300. Suggestions? Wait? Grab a 10? If so wheres the best deal?

The best ones are the ones by samsung, but there are many cheap alternatives, especially on ebay there are many unbranded ones but they all work. Depends what you want to use it for

What if you lay off the tables and spend the money on a journey or voyage.  More to life than just burying your face in technology all day.  This was written from my Ipad.   Undecided

You may the Xiaomi tablet. It is cheap yet fast. Chinese brands are good for android gadgets.
