2018 has been a hard year for cryptocurrency. The market conditions got worst and everyone was going against cryptocurrency. In this situation the well developed coins were the best options. So for Altcoins i would say, Ethereum was the best coin.

I see 2 of the best altcoins in 2018, it EOS and Ripple. I was surprised, I did not expect such growth from them. This trend I like, every year, new leaders on the market, the other projects have to go and in the conditions of tough competition, always come up with great projects.

Because of the situation of the market I think that the best altcoin is Tether(USDT) or other stable coins. My view is that market will cointinue falling so it's better to hold these coins to buy more bitcoin.

I think this is relative as it is known that generally the market was bad and all coins were badly hit. However for traders and short to medium term investors have certain coins and altcoins that made them most profits, personally that is my own rating about the best altcoin and price remain relatively stable above ICO price. I give it to DGTX

Ethereum and Ripple are my choices, good ripple development can surpass ethereum, while ethereum itself has declined but still has the appeal of being one of the best altcoins too

I know that many guys have disappointed a lot due to the fall of Ethereum. Nevertheless, it remains the most popular altcoin. I think it is used even more often than Bitcoin. My choice is definitely ETH. |
