Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

What is your driver version? it must be minimum 398.11. Maybe too much overclock?

No offense, but it looks like this start was deliberately done in ninja-launch style so devs can do some instamine.
I don't see any other explanations why there were no pools at the launch.
Nevertheless, I truly believe that any development should be paid off, even though the coin has dev fee too.

These days there are so few projects with any real purpose or innovations, let's see if SUQA gets anywhere.

I see, thanks for reporting, there must be some multibyte string going into the RPC method which breaks JSON format.
We will look into fixing it.
