Atari I'm a batch 4 customer who has been given promises of "shipping next day" for over a week and have no tracking information

I would STRONGLY discourage other members from purchasing until this is addressed there are far better and cheaper competitors out there

Hi Kapz786,

Sorry consecutively disappointing you. As we were going to finish the last 10% of batch 4 on Saturday. It didn't happen due to an unforeseen problem in the warehouse that day. I have PM you with details on how we want to make this up to you.

We have bene overwhelmed with the fulfilment of order and have recently partnered up with a big group to solve this issue. Moving forward, the process will be a lot smoother for all our customers. For anyone one that has yet to receive a tracking number for batch #4 please PM.

Cheers

EDIT: Received tracking number but need information regarding the partial credit please

Checked my email box and PM inbox.
Nothing in it, either tracking info or about the refund info.
For the refund I have already PMed  you my BTC wallet address on 18th.
I am not sure if you are getting my PMS, but they do show up in my outbox.

I got your PMs, sorry for the late reply. Instead of the BTC, the paypal refund is working now. Check paypal you should be able to see it in your account sometime today.

This thread needs public updates rather than invitations to PM. Yes, there may be some specific issues with specific orders, but in general.....

I've now received my product (batch 3) but it was very difficult to get a straight answer in PM. It wasn't until I posted in this thread that I finally received a tracking number.

I understand that atari02 has probably been overwhelmed by the response, but it seems really unfair that people from the same batch as me were receiving their miners a couple of days after the ship date, while mine didn't even leave China until at least a week later. I think some of #4 may have even shipped before mine.

Again, public updates would help. A promise such as "I will update you during the day" carries a much higher expectation of fulfillment if it's posted publically.

Atari & Team,

I received the kit today (batch-4). But I did not get the raspberry pi controller as described, instead I see a tiny PCB with one ethernet and a USB port (I guess that the factory controller).
I could not find instructions either in the box. Could you please send instructions to setup?
Let's see its really a plug and play?

So far what I learned from the package I received is, seems like is not really a plug and play. Looks like I will have to spent lot of time on PSU connections.
Anyone know where to find instructions? Please help.

What do you have? "Pigtails" with a barrel connector on one end, and two naked wires on the other end? And a PSU with screw terminals? This shouldn't take more than 15 minutes, get a screwdriver and make sure to connect the wire from the center of the barrel connector (probably a red one) to the "+" terminal and the other one to the "-".

Edit: stole this picture from another thread (don't trust the colors, verify polarity):

Not sure about dp007 but the pigtails I received only have very short amounts stripped from the internal wires (maybe 3-4mm) and the sheath covering them (10mm). To fit them to the power supply will require further work.

FWIW, I'd be really really careful wiring a mains cord to a PSU. I have experience with mains wiring but I'm playing it safe * by using an ATX PSU instead.

* You can still cause sparks or a fire with an ATX PSU if you short the output, and it doesn't have sufficient protection (or it's a high amp rail), but at least you don't have semi-exposed mains terminals that could potentially electrocute you.

Thank you for your response.

I googled it found the instructions here.
https://litecointalk.org/index.php?topic=16620.msg135696#msg135696

So far, I was able to connect all by cutting the wire ends etc...

Now I am also able to get to the controllers web page where I think I need to setup the pool info.
That page comes in Chinese language.... Somehow guessed to put URL, user and password, hit the blue button (I guess that's the save button)... waiting to see what's next ...

Can anyone confirm if their factory controller is able to mine 10 devices?
Mine seems like only nine are mining but the 10th one is not.
