Money Token "ICO"

These guys are having their pre-sale/ICO and seems its available to everyone including the US. I read the whitepaper and lurked around their social media a bit. It all looks decent except maybe the 22 billion supply. But the price is only $0.005 so can still potentially see a decent return.

Problem is, I'm still quite new to the crypto world and am known to make very stupid decisions or maybe just bad luck. As such, I'm still not as good reading the potentials of these ICO's or if its a total scam. So was hoping maybe you guys can have a look and see if I was going to make another mistake or its a decent risk to take? I know there will always be a risk and noone has a crystal ball, but maybe some advise to minimize the possible damage.

It is $0.05 but for me its all not only about how low the price of ico. I always doing very deep research on ico. Not only see the price. Many factor can create many outcome. Be carefull becaus3 so many scam ico and as long as i can not see the whole team talking in confrence its been red flag ico for me.

i remember when roger Ver and Mate Tokay advisoring Some ico .
is a NGC ico , and i joined because they have a big stars on the team.
lucky me have a good choice to sell it quickly.
Big stars is not too enough for project.
but, i hope this one will diffrent.

moneytoken has not shown a good development right now, but if the roadmap is already running and the team is doing hard work on the moneytoken tokens I think it will be a good and successful token. but it requires a long process to become a potential token.

with the current price i think it's extremely hard for them to recover, cause i have never seen an ICO that already have a massive loss can turn back at least to their based price on ICO (you can correct me if i'm wrong on this statement)
