Don't you want to be a world leader in smth, even if your economy is far away from the 'developed' status, stuck in the 'emerging' status. Hence, they try to implement anything that may give them a boost to raise the economy. That's the main point of why it is a large room for blockchain in the region

The function of the iAM Reserve is to ensure sufficient additional liquidity to power the healthcare token economy. Tokens are sold to Enterprise Partners at a convenience premium over the market price and are used to pay for access licenses and to transact with the platform governed by their service contract. When iAM collects tokens from the enterprise partner for use of the platform, the iAM reserve is replenished. Thus a key element of the Token economy (expressly velocity) is established. Liquidity is ensured by the iAM Reserve maintaining adequate token levels, with top ups (or sell offs) made possible at external exchanges.

That's quiet right to hold liquidity reserves - I have seen several projects that don't have an exact plan of serving the platform, they just release the whole amount and can't answer about serving liquidity. IAM seems to think about functioning, not just 'funding'. That's great

It is too early to talk about exchanges. Tokens are not even on public sale now - presale is live. As the time will come they will announce. It's okay when developers are working mostly on product till it is not released in the final version rather than think about exchanges
