I do not think that it is possible to calculate the behavior of the cryptocurrency market with technical analysis. Today, the market is subject to a certain artificial influence of certain groups of cryptocurrency users, who individually make adjustments at their discretion, regulating the release of cryptocurrency to the market.

I don't know whether the bull run is coming or not, but I've got a message to those who first got into crypto in 2017 - you have witnessed a meteoric rise last year and now you see a 9 month fall. Some managed to sell at top prices, some got out later, some still did not sell a thing. What these people did not see is a multi-year sideways market. Buying at the top and watching prices plummet is bad. Buying at the bottom, watching the prices go up to all time highs and falling to their lowest prices without selling is also bad. But the worst scenario is to lose patience and sell, and find out later that the things have dramatically changed. You could not experience this feeling because there were no significant rises this year. Trust me, seeing your portfolio going down by 80% is bad (if you still hold), but watching your sold portfolio skyrocket in price after all the long wait (9+ months in todays case or several years after the 2014 crash) is the absolute worst experience you might have in crypto.

You are so optimistic 
SEC decision is not enough to launch btc price to the moon. There is almost no interest to cryptocurrencies from world society.

just like you, I also think Bitcoin will still bullrun even though the SEC refuses. and I think if the SEC doesn't approve of that, then bitcoin will be free to grow without regulation like a bank from the government. it's just that maybe bitcoin will go wild and grow increasingly out of control.

Marketcap hasn't risen, so i'm a bit skeptic how long this trend with alts will continue. We need new money for a bullmarket to kick in.

I disagree. With the current price right now, I don't think a bull run will happen this. It is possible by January 2019 but not this year since the demand for crypto is not that high compared to last year. If you compare the chart of 2017 and 2018, you will see a big difference and will not assume that a bull run will or can happen again this year. Maybe we will see a recovery by the end of the year but not a bull run.

we all remember last Q4-Q1 period. and we all hope for this - new eriod will better then last.

now arround of me, is many new person, with interested in cryptocurrencyes. and i think we all have friends which was interested after last Q4-Q1 period.

Be patient guys, the bull run is not coming in the short time, but it will come. If we get technical, the next bull run is coming from the very moment the last one ended but that does not tell us anything about when that is going to happen and that is probably the most important piece of data when it comes to a bull run, since it is easy to predict that the market is not going to remain at its currency size because there are several factors that will not allow that, like the halving, the LN and the economic instability.
