Not doing what you are doing now, i.e. using the forum just for bounties. A forum should be used to learn and share information, and also for entertainment, not just as a money-making machine.

It took me quite a while to understand what you meant,but if it's how to earn merits or rank up in this forum,i doubt you'll be able to do so posting this way, this is an English forum,you need to make posts in fluid English or better still post in local boards

That's an absolute minimum requirement for this guy.  I didn't understand a word of what he was saying and have no clue as to what he actually wants here.  

However, it's clear that very few members really want to improve their English.  Jet Cash has a whole board dedicated to let people practice their English and get constructive feedback.  There weren't many takers for his generous offer as far as I know.

OP, I don't know what your native language is, but there are local boards, which are communities from different countries and there's no need to try to write English there.  That might be an option for whatever you're trying to accomplish.

I would suggest that you actually read those helpful books you referenced in your post, because they don't seem to be doing you much good if you're writing sentences like the one above.

Knowledge ; English language; expression power; helping nature; reading ideas of different members on the forum;  will be the tools which will help you earning merit. 
  increase your knowledge; try to reply to the quarries of different members with the intention of solving their problems. But leave thinking about the merits.
Whenever some senior finds your post to be good ; he may be sending merits for you

Read more, write less. Avoid creating new topics as much as you can. It is very, very unlikely that any doubt you have, has not been answered before. Or it can not be answered with a brief google search.

I think most of the people don't understand about how to earn merit or rank up their accounts. Most of the people have a very big misconception about the merit sources system.They think the English language is the only problem, which is stopping them from to get a merit. According to these newbies making a post with the use of good English will help them to gain merit. But I think beyond the language there are many important things are existing, which are a constructive post or helpful post, which will create great impact or help the people to get to know more about the topic.

From the one part you are right that it is better to stay in the local council and write messages there. But you didn’t think at all about how we learn English if we don’t practice writing words and working on our mistakes?
I admit that I have grammatical errors in the English language. But i study English every day. It is not complicated at all, only practice is not enough.
