It's my first time to buy an account
Someone is trying to sell me this account for 220$

Is he a scammer?
Any recommendations to make sure the seller won't take the account back after I buy it?

The recommendation is to create your own account and not look like a scammer yourself trying to illegally purchase accounts.

I guess you are trying to buy an aged and trusted account since you are lazy to do the work yourself, if it is legit and profitable account , why would anyone sell it?
