According from what I read, once customer has fulfilled the Dew reward criteria. Its time to reward them and once fulfilled system will reset the awards to Nil for the customer. Customer can start claiming rewards again. Search and Identify new customer via mobile no, email ID . It will show reward criteria is fulfilled as “Redeem Reward” icon, just click on it to redeem.
