I know that this year is quite odd when it comes to crypto curriences. My main concern is Ethereuem. I know that in almost year ago the max price was 1.200$. So i am really cheering for comeback on the some discent values..

The best choice depends for what.

However, it certainly is being used for some things right now. For example, some bounty websites are using it to pay bounty hunters instead of with ICO tokens. That certainly makes a difference.

I also don't think that it will disappear anytime soon. Ethereum have a lot of potential and the growth in price per year is being pretty good in fact almost every year. Will it be replaced in the future? Maybe - But not too soon.

No. I don't think so. Ethereum is the second largest cryptocurrency with the highest market capitalization after bitcoin. It has a large userbase and strong community behind it. Great team of developers because of that it is unlikely for coin like that to just vanish.
