   if you have read your own post before posting; you will have understood yourself that you need one merit to be promoted as Junior Member.

I suggest you ; devote sometime to gain knowledge; and after then only try to write something positive; if you want merit.

You can find your answer in the distribution table you give. According to new forum rules your rank is decided according to your merits not activity . That is why you are not promoted evenafter getting required activity. And it is a very good decision of forum to promote on the basis of merit(i.e. quality of your post).
