Maybe the projects from the very beginning did not reflect as fraudulent, maybe they did not collect enough money to continue and therefore could not pay the bounty hunters. As long as the project is not finished, we will not know if it is fraudulent or not.

I also agree with this statement. Now in the bounty hunters there are various difficulties. First of all, a large number of various fraudulent projects that do not make payments of due rewards. But I sincerely believe in the benefits and prospects of the bounty market, just need to carefully select the appropriate projects.
