Introduction: DACC is the world’s first decentralised IAM-based content blockchain, dedicated to solving the issues of content and data rights management in content and media industries.DEVELOPMENT PROGRESS 
1. Development of Public Chain Delegated Proof-of-Stake (DPOS)
1.1 Modified the formula of user counting, and implemented the Approval Voting election mechanism.
1.2 Developed the basic function of Seal block, including transaction signature, transaction verification, etc.
1.3 Designed the public chain transaction economic model, modified the public chain Block structure, modified the Transaction structure, and designed the Transactions sorting strategy according to the new economic model.
2. Development of public chain development tools (dacc-dev-tools), and construction of development blockchain
2.1 Perfected the collection function of network monitoring data
2.2 Fixed the dacc-netstats-service bug
2.3 Built a 5-node DACC development blockchain
3. Design of file system and public chain Message Service Layer
3.1 Built public chain API wrappers, and develop the public chain light client
3.2 Integration into the file system, enabling the file system to send messages to the public chain node.
COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES
1.DACC Daily News Activity
The DACC Daily News was released at 11:30 Beijing time. Currently there are four language versions, including English, Chinese, Korean and Russian. The main contents of the Daily News are the market conditions of DACC, the daily activities of DACC community, the progress of the DACC project, and the cryptocurrency news, etc., in order to increase user retention and raise community topics.
2. Jimmy’s AMA
On September 25th, DACC hosted an AMA (Ask Me Anything) event in its official Telegram group, featuring Jimmy Zhong, the co-founder of the public chain IOST. Jimmy expressed his views on the status quo and future development of the industry. When talking about the current market situation, Jimmy suggested that everyone should perform value investing and be friends with time. The interview created a good community atmosphere and laid the foundation for future cooperation between IOST and DACC.
3. The Talk Show Event held in the English Community
The English community Talk Show event started on September 26th, Beijing time. The guest speaker, Salami Shakiru, gave a speech on the theme of “cryptocurrency and taxation” to help community members understand the impact of taxation on cryptocurrency.
4. DACC Built Russian Social Media Platform Vkontakte
This week, DACC completed the construction of the Russian social media platform VK. On September 27th, VK Bounty was launched in the Russian community. The activity is divided into two parts: following the public account of DACC VK, and share the information of DACC VK public account to participants’ own VK.

1. Attended the BRINK ASSET Event in Korea
DACC was invited to attend the WARM PARTY hosted by BRINK ASSET in Seoul, South Korea on September 22. The representative of the DACC project, Lucine, spoke at the conference and discussed the development direction and application of the blockchain with Chinese and Korean entrepreneurs. Lucine said that the blockchain industry has entered a more rational stage, and the project’s applicability is particularly important. For the DACC public chain, we must not only build the underlying technology and protocol layers, but also more importantly, maintain the ecology well to let more Dapp and users use the public chain to improve the applicability of the project.
2. DACC Listed on HiBTC Exchange Trading
DACC has been listed on the HiBTC exchange trading. DACC organised a trading competition where users can divide 4,000,000 DACC. The event will start from 12:00AM(UTC+9) September 30th to 12:00AM(UTC+9) October 10th.
3. DACC Listed on CoinRED Exchange
The DACC has been listed on the CoinRED Exchange. Withdrawal of DACC was available on 15:00PM September 27th on CoinRED, and trading was available on 15:00PM September 28th on CoinRED. The release of the event and the international advertisement have been completed.
4. Joint Online Conference
On September 27th, DACC teamed up with China-Korea blockchain media CoinIN to jointly host the online conference of “Fanatical Korean Blockchain”.
5. Planning A Twitter Event
Planning a Twitter promotion with the theme “Love Letter for DACC”. The event is currently under preparation.
6. The Korean Market
6.1 DACC is included in the Korean Blockchain Depth Report by CoinIN as a typical case of Chinese domestic project developing in the Korean market.
6.2 Actively maintain and expand the Korean market. The official Korean fan page has been created on Facebook. In the Korean social media community, the news on the cryptocurrency and the progress of the DACC project, etc., are updated on a daily basis. The activity of the Korean community increased significantly, and the overall number of participants increased by 20%.
7. The Expansion of the UK Market
The DACC overseas representative is negotiating with the UK event organizer and will actively cooperate with the UK market. At the same time, DACC overseas representative visited the British Museum and King’s College, University of Cambridge.
