Im still using the old waves wallet.  In my portfolio, i have coins like liquid, turtlenode, grantsbounty, wavesdesk, coffeecoin, tidex, mercury, wavesfullnode and basically a ton of other of these coins.  I know some of them i receive due to leasing my waves.  But even when i didn't, i would get these coins sent to my wallet every few day or week.  I notice some of these coins are worst a few pennies whereas some are worth like 1 percent of a penny etc.

1.  Are all these coins in my waves wallet legit?  Or some of them are fake coins?

2.  What do you guys do with these coins?  Also there's a name for these coins.  I believe they are called airdrop correct?  I notice i also got a very very tiny amount of btc and bitcoin cash here.  Does anyone know why did i receive it?  By little i meant like pennies worth.  Is it due to leasing or just having waves?

3.  Can someone who have all these coins and traded them tell me what is best to trade it for?  Thus for btc?  For btc and then usdt?

New Waves wallet is amazing. Also smart contracts implemented on mainchain.
I hope price is going to rocket very soon. Just waiting for a bull run on bitcoin price.

Not sure about it, though some of them might be worth it if traded.

I'm not doing anything since most of the coins have no value/no volume in WavesDex. You'll receive airdrop coins as long as you have waves in your account.

I have the coins, but the only coin I traded for BTC is Mercury. Aside from WavesDex, MER/BTC pair is available in other exchanges too: Bittrex, Tidex, and Upbit.

Yes there are good tokens in your wave wallet and also the fake ones

Ensure to upgrade to the latest waves wallet (mobile especially)
It has a settings to group your tokens into sections and there is also a spam section where every fraudulent tokens are listed under a group named (SPAM)

It's easy and cheap to make a token on WAVES network. Fake? Pretty odd term, they are not fake per se, but they can have similar (or even identical) names with actually existing coins or ETH tokens or even other WAVES tokens, so indeed, you have a pretty good chance to get fooled by them (especially if you want to buy). However, you can check in-wallet on the DEX if your tokens worth anything (most of them are 100% worthless).

Another thing to add is that I've seen hack attempts too - tokens with links to website and if you go there you end up in a phishing site (a wallet look alike) or a site promising coins/tokens/whatever if you give your wallet's seed (of course, you know that you should never give your seed to anybody, right?).

Everyone knows that the tokens of the waves are nothing in real life. I participated in many projects and received from them wave tokens which in the end and cost was 0. It is better to work with tokens eth or neo there the price depends on the project. Hopefully in the future the picture will change and the old tokens will give at least some hope for growth.

Another question i want to ask.  Why can't i view my waves history such as sending/receiving waves like i could with electrum for bitcoin?  Also for the latest tranactions, it seems to only go back a week max.  So you can't check the waves wallet history from when you bought waves or sold waves whether with the old wallet which im using or the new wallet?

Most of them are scam assets or fake coins dude, I will do nothin with it because they worth nothin and just leave my coin in the wallet and try to get the promising coin.
because you still hold your waves community token and you get a little airdrop for that.
Just try visit mercatox and waves dex and i believe most of them are not even listed on waves own exchange site

okay if i download the new waves wallet, i have to input the secret phrase into it to have my waves show up there right?  So all those other coins that are in my waves wallet will appear there as well?  Thus once i do this, if i open the waves wallet from the chrome app, no waves would be there?

I'm really frustrated with the waves wallet.
I thought holding the private key of a wallet would be enough for me to access my tokens but unlike every other wallet, waves doesn't let you access your wallet with just your private key. Anyone please update if we are now able to do that.

The waves wallet new version  is a fantastic one and it has good interface friendly site too
More importantly the application can be in segments such that scam tokens are easily identified

Never overestimate or underestimate
Waves will be of high value
