Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Hello, there are no plans to raise funds on a pulic/provate sale - the project is already funded and has MVP.

Wait. Why would a project is named after another project assuming that people would do KYC on that? Silly, hope people won't fall for this. Red Flag
