Well today i tried to make a wire to your ING Bank bank account from my Turkish ING bank account and lol it doesnt even have TRL option to send as wire transfer within same bank (ING Turkey - ING Slovakia) same bank, so how exactly we supposed to make a wire transfer as TRL to your bank? Btw my Turkish ING bank even giving an error saying your ING bank IBAN (SK09 7300 0000 0090 0004 3503) wrong!!! and moreover my ING bank memo (description) line is grey (uneditable) so i cant enter any description when attempting a wire transfer.

So long story in short, even i cant send TRL within same bank (ING BANK TURKEY TO ING BANK SLOVAKIA) How can i even send TRL to your ING bank SLOVAKIA account from any other Turkish bank? Those are not the same bank ING Turkey and Slovakia. They are different. So you can't send money as you called HAVALE Havale is the type of money transfer between the bank accounts which are at the same country and at the same bank. So you will be able to send money only by SWIFT method to Slovakia.

Also this "not able to send money" to Slovakia issue is good for you. Becuse there is no market depth in EXMO BTC/TRY and ETH markets and also spread between buy and sell orders is 1500 TL which is equal to 265 USD .

Those are not the same bank ING Turkey and Slovakia. They are different. So you can't send money as you called HAVALE Havale is the type of money transfer between the bank accounts which are at the same country and at the same bank. So you will be able to send money only by SWIFT method to Slovakia.

Also this "not able to send money" to Slovakia issue is good for you. Becuse there is no market depth in EXMO BTC/TRY and ETH markets and also spread between buy and sell orders is 1500 TL which is equal to 265 USD .  

Yeah i know, when i failed to send via WIRE transfer "i tried my luck" on sending via HAVALE which i knew would fail %99 anyways but worth to try when i see their bank is ING and i have also a bank account in ING

About second part of your message , well having options in hand always good for an arbitrage player , now maybe exmo is not profitable arbitragewise but back than i remember days i made %8 arbitrage profit from them and they werent small amouts So as they let TRY deposit and withdrawals option available i want to know how. Maybe not today but tomorrow it may be useful

Unfortunately its IMPOSSIBLE to send TRY as SWIFT from Turkish Banks to foreign Banks out of Turkey. I mean i tried  to make SWIFT from ING Bank, TEB Bank , AK Bank and when you choose "SWIFT" all currency options are foreign currencies like USD, EURO, GBP, CAD etc etc etc... There is no TRY option in any bank when SWIFT option is selected. Only TRY options are Havale and EFT which are local TRY transactions within Turkish Banks in Turkey. So you have a TRY bank SWIFT account in Slovakia but it seems its technically UNREACHABLE for Turkish users via SWIFT option. I dont know, maybe its me but i would be greatfull if you or if some Turkish user who managed to make a successfull TRY SWIFT to EXMO can help me about this issue?

Bir ülkenin piyasasına giriş yapmak istiyorlar ama o ülkedeki bankalarla henüz çalışmaya başlamamışlar bile. Acemi desen değiller, nasıl oluyor da böyle özensiz iş yapıyorlar anlamak mümkün değil. Sanırım şirket olarak ülkemizde banka hesabı açabilmeleri için öncelikle türkiye ofislerinin olması ve vergiye tabi olmaları gerekiyor.

Bu zor gelmiş olmalı ki, piyasaya açılmak için tek gerekenin web sitesini tercüme etmek olduğunu düşünmüşler.

At the moment we are studying in more detail the legislation of Turkey in order to understand how to work with residents inside the country, whether to open a full-fledged representation in Turkey. We also have bank account in TRY but outside of Turkey.

Well that TRY bank account which is OUTSIDE of Turkey is unreachable for Turkish residents so we are still waiting for your Turkish bank accounts (Akbank is the best bank who works with Turkish exchanges) to be opened to start trading in EXMO. Cause skrill and visa options are only joke. With those options you cant get any real Turkish traders to your exchange.

        Yes there is TRL in EXMO but its useless as we cant deposit or withdraw via Turkish banks. Your TRY deposit and withdraw options have huge fees which holds us back from your platform. As soon as you add a Turkins bank (Akbank is the best option and most crypto friendly bank as they work %90 of local exchanges) than it makes sense for Turkish users to really start using your platform. Without a Turkish bank option there is no point for us to use EXMO sry to say that.
