i just try to withdraw from satowallet but the withdrawal fee is different and based on how much we withdraw
and i don't know if this is a glitch or just miss type. But, can you fix that so we can know how to read it



the fee deducted is shown like this 4.5e7 BTC

I just deposit using LTC and now i want to change it to btc but everytime i try it, the transaction is always failed

Hello that is a negative fee because 0.0003$ could not be calculated in btc with the required space. That is not issue as you can see the fee in USD.
