The fans stopped working on one of my Nitro RX 480 video cards. I've replaced fans on Nvidia cards easily, but the AMD card looks different. The fans are housed in the shroud. Just thought I'd ask if this is fixable?

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

No fans are fixable and sapphire nitro fans are different, these you will have to order from china or maybe there are sellers in the US.

Sapphire fan are very easy to change. There is only one screw and a nice mechanism. It should take you 3 minutes to change it. (With Gigabyte changing a fan was a much more complex operation which took me half an hour)

Just search for the model number of fan and you may get results in many websites.
Check out Aliexpress and order a few replacements. It should cost around $10 - $15 dollars.
For time being just use a case fan with some twist ties and hook it up directly to the heat sink.

If both fans failed simultaneously I would not suspect the fans themselves.
Something common to both, like fan control, or a bad connection seem more likely.
