Why was i banned?

Hi,

I jopined this forum to announce my hosting company and paid for copper member to not have to deal with all the limitations.

Without anything i did, without even sending one PM and just made one thread i got banned...

I see this message when i login:

Looks like you were reported and banned for plagiarism. Why would you copy your texts from another hosting service?

Well that is not right... ask serverroom... since i use their datacenter and have all my servers with them i am allowed to use it

Basicly i buy servers with serverroom, configure them as webservers and sell the services...

Well that is not right... ask serverroom... since i use their datacenter and have all my servers with them i am allowed to use it

Basicly i buy servers with serverroom, configure them as webservers and sell the services...

I can not add any disclaimer in the thread since i am banned and it seems the forum moderators did not unban me although i did not do ANYTHING wrong.

The point is i have been accused of something i did with permission and now that i clarified it nobody does something about it.

I think it's understandable this gets me frustrated, right?

Apparently, there's someone here that saw you're plagiarizing and report it to moderator and with enough proof they banned you. And since you have a valid reason and seems considerable they'll unban you, hopefully, so don't be impatient and they isn't your slave. I guess you should consider the time zone? Don't you think?

Yikes, you should definitely be more careful about copying another member's posts since this rule is strictly enforced to help reduce spam but if you do have permission to use it then there should be a disclaimer at the top so people don't report you for plagiarism.

I honestly don't think the moderators have the time to ask / vet every OP reported for plagiarism on whether they have permission or not to use another member's / company's post. But if your account was wrongly banned then just file an appeal and give the forum admins some time to respond.

Be patient dude. The moderators are there for help and your problem will be solved. You need to follow the rules if you want to stick around. It might have been a misunderstanding. It would have been better if you would have mentioned the details at the end of your post.

This is the risk of running your startup business on a platform you do not control.
This thread has such limited info as to what you have actually tried, have you Pm'd anyone regarding this? Remember moderators are not admins and don't have the ability to unban you. There is an organisational hierarchy here that you don't seem to understand.

Now if you want to put on your big boy pants, you can patiently wait a couple of days to see what happens... or continue to throw a tantrum and go elsewhere.
