Hello everyone, today I see many cases of ban due to plagiarism. Therefore, I want to know; how to make sure that what I write is not someone's writing on this forum or someone out there?

My advice is to try to write with your own words and knowledge posts or threads ! 

Dont copy and paste or try to change an existing text , if you copy a text be sure to add the source where you have that text !

I see a lot of reporting of plagiarism there. my question is; how did the reporters find plagiarism that does it by someone in this forum? how do they do that? so that reporters can show evidence of plagiarism committed by someone.

It depends - some got exposed to radiation, some were experimented on by the government, some got bit by venomous wildlife, and I assume some may just be pretending.

Not that suchmoon didn't give you a most excellent answer already, but... the usual way I find plagiarism is by entering a "statistically improbable phrase" from a post into a google search limited to just this site. E.g. -

"plagiarism that does it by someone" site:bitcointalk.org

If more than one result is returned then I click on a few at random to confirm plagiarism and report the original post (as well as some of the search result hits, depending on how old they are).

One of the moderators can tell you why , but guess there are only 2 reasons spamming or plagiarism !

The next thing is you only should post in Meta with your Account about your ban ! And you have post in other sections with this account !

Dosnt look good for you and guess your account get banned again !

This is technically good thread. I support this and would encourage users who gets banned to look this thread first and do the steps in order to know the reason why user was being ban.

I do have a friend who recently signed up and while he did not get banned, he was redirected to a page asking him to pay before he can continue accessing the forum. He has not posted anything. He can try creating a new account from a different IP address but the payment is typically like ~$10 so might as well just pay.

The moderator isn't likely to care about your feelings. Stop multi-posting. Better yet, stop posting altogether. Use the saved time to read the rules, although it's too late for that really. Every new post you make is breaking at least one forum rule so you're well on your way to your second ban.

Oh. Thanks. I think I would just advise him to create a new account (I suppose by using a VPN app?) because I am not sure he would want to pay for membership.

If you get banned (temporary or permanently) and create a new account to continue posting / sending PMs, it's considered ban evasion. The only exception is creating a thread in Meta about your ban.

Nice thread, just found a linking error. When you click the link to the original post, it actually takes you to the quote below. The confusion maybe came in trying to grab particular quotes from the rules/guidelines.

Rule 25, you are speaking to doesn't have a direct quote to theymos attributed, the one you grabbed sits right above it as rule 24.

It occurred to me that I should write a little about this in case anyone's wondering about what dogie's doing, or why other people are getting banned for somewhat similar activity:

Ads are typically not allowed in posts (outside of the signature area) because they are annoying and off-topic. It is especially disallowed to put ads or signatures at the bottom of all of your posts. Except for traditional valedictions, which are tolerated but discouraged, signatures are for the signature area only.

However, if you are using the forum as a publishing platform to host something really substantial and useful, selling ads in that substantial work is allowed. To be eligible for this, your post must be in a topic that you started, and your post must be substantial and long enough to make the ad seem entirely insignificant. If in doubt, ask me.

The time you copied the post doesn't matter mate, I have seen some members get permanent bans from posts of 2017 or 2016.

Not really sure but you have got to be patient buddy.
There is one particular chap, don't remember his name, some Dev... I think his appeal took about a month. Maybe you can look up a couple of chaps who have been unbanned then you can get in touch with them through PM to know what they did and how long it took them.
