There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

If this is the same Equi that recently got splashed all over British tabloids with English aristocrats involved and some other coverage, then I guess am not surprised at the connections with Wozniak. Thought the Woz wasn't interested after Apple links but what better way to attract "institutional investment"...

There isn't that much to disrupt in that sector though, what with STOs and crypto index funds being all the rage.
