more importantly what can they do with those little 1300 tps ? it is extremely small compared to other project, let's say semux project.
that project can handle 5000 tps, a way higher compared to GoChain and yet it's not going up.
let alone this project that only has 1300 tps in their system plus it was not a standalone project.
( we have a tons of project that was created based on ERC20, but none of them can be used or ready to use so far ).

Can you imagine if there will be a decentralized exchange site without any transaction due to lack of demand. that will happen to the blockchain. This only a short term hype.

The situation did not change much directly after listing,  the bear market has killed Gochain attempts to grow and its price has returned to its pre-listing value. may be in early 2019 it can be hit $0.18
