I think security is a wise choice considering exchanges so far have been a huge variation from great security to crap security so it’s always good to hear a group that’s going to be handling people’s funds is putting security first

I remember asking on the issue of security and they stated something about using a third party and they will also monitor the activities of the third party brand constantly just to ensure that security is well managed, which is good to know that they have that as part of their top priority, i don't intend going into any exchange that has a flawed security system

It's good to hear Onam has security as one of their top priorities as I believe having a secured platform is among the first things any project should consider.

If nothing else did, the experience and stories about exchange hacks that has occurred aught times have prompted them to be at alert and ready for whatever may come..

The infrastructure they are using is quite secure...they are using aws. So it is up to the team's or developers to ensure the security of the application by opting for best practices common to exchanges.

What's aws?, never heard of it, please explain, security in the blockchain industry to me is still flawed and that goes to exchange sites, so they need something that will make them stand out, speed and security can give them that advantage once they get a nice setup that will be able to cater for the need of the community, lets hope they do well

I’m interested to hear how efficient the machine learning side of things go I mean a lot of exchanges try to do fancy things and have trouble realizing them but the team on telegram seems super psyched and excited to get things running

Yeah, the ONAM admin team on Telegram are great, in particular, Otto is extremely helpful and he has some really good banter. It's nice to talk to interesting people that genuinely know what they're talking about and aren't regurgitating garbage that they have read on the website.

I’ve been to their telegram all times of the day since starting to watch the project they have always been really responsive and great to deal with they always have been quick to answer my questions

It would be great if they could keep that on the customer care service on launch of the exchange. Email, website chat And tweets don’t do well as a customer service

Yea, their communication through telegram has no doubt been great and i believe they also did same here but went cold like a while ago, probably they are too busy with the release of their upcoming MVP but nevertheless, we still need their presence here to help sort out some questions, don't now why brands tend to neglect this channel, its quite useful

Yeah, Honestly some of the exchange support are really taking long before they reply on someone queries (based on my experienced). They don't really know how important of giving an answer to someone question specially if it's really important and rush.
