As I see someone already mentioned, your referral link leads to thinking that the account was bought, because a legendary member should know the forum's general  negative attitude towards them and they are actually even against the rules if I am not mistaken. Anyway, 0.1% house edge sounds nice, but the website's design seems weird to me. There've been also a coulple of scam accusations back in 2015, but it's really hard to say if they were justified, because there was a lack of proof in both threads IMO. Nut the overall reputation of this website is not that good, so I wouldn't gamble there.
