The VC fund, has a goal to take equity share in blockchain company. This will be for post-ico companies, that already have a running business and generate revenu. This VC fund, will help them to develop with equity deals.
The Fund of Fund is use mainly for diversification. Their is a lot of  funds on the market, and some can provide interesting strategy. This fund will invest in other funds, to be able to generate return for investors.

Everything will happen on our platform. You will have to be registered, have a KYC done, get your wallet address whitelisted.
Only in those case we will be able to accept the funds;

We will try to keep the DAO voting as often as possible. Propositions for voting will come from us and community.
Their is no limit, but you will have to bail a token to be able to vote. This will go to the pool.

sure. The Token will be used to pay the Fees of the funds. Depending the Funds performance, investors will need more or less token to pay the fees. So we think price will follow performance of funds, even if it's a utility token
