I send 2 checks from paypal on Sep 7 2018 and seller promise to pay me on 30th September 2018::

We are not withdraw hacked funds

This guy withdraw money from hacked banks to stealth paypal acocunts, and then try withdraw funds via my service after 45 days
When we check his acocunts via TeamViwer we find only one transaction from bank to paypal, and he confirm money from hacked banks.

I provide this guy login and password to paypal account.
He login this account and do withdraw himself. He don't check account history before withdraw. It's his own mistake.

Unfortunately if the withdrawal is under processing status we can't cancel it.

If you did own mistake and don't check account history before withdraw you must pay for mistake. Paypal balance 0 now.

You deserve to be fucking banned for stealing someones money from bank and then trying to withdraw them. In this case you are the scammer

Do you have any proof that i steal this money? If no sit in silence. I used flooren service long period of time. It's not first deal. If i don't get my money flooren have a risk to get big negative balance on bank account and get his address blacklisted on paypal.

flooren never check accounts before by himself. For a long time he don't have any idea which funds he cashout. He ask screenshot of withdraw only. After this issue flooren add new rules to his thread and start checking account history. No need to lie...

this service is for withdrawal of paypal accounts that have been permanently shut down by paypal and where paypal has indicatd that your remaining balance is now available for withdrawal.
You want to spoil a rather good service with your stupidity and greed.

this check was refunded on 10 jan 2018 and i explain you why this happen. I do withdraw from another country IP and paypal ask me to change password and reverse withdraw

This looks like a farmed account from flooren since only has 5 posts and all about flooren. Not a smart move. It makes you suspicious.
Op better make clear if the money on your paypal account was hacked or not. And present evidence it wasnt.
