Am I the only one with MtGox balance to 0 BTC ?  Undecided
When they shut down I had more than 100 ...
I've filled the online claim but what a joke when I saw that I only have 0,003$ and 0,5 € and 0 BTC on the account, as it is written it's the result of investigation ... WTF ?

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Don't wait them to give your money back, act on this.

I also have 5 bitcoins on this platform. I have been paying attention to this incident. I can only wait for the Japanese government to decide to change.

At least by sending you this they acknowledge that you were the user of the platform and your account was found. Or at least some account got found as it could not be the one you owned if they made a mistake somewhere. I'm sure that you can demand to be given the data that lead them to think your account was empty.
Do you have any screenshots or logs that can prove you had 100 BTC there? It would be enough to prove that there was 100 on that account even weeks before the collapse because it would help them identify the account and trace the coins. We know that Karpeles used some of the company funds to pay for prostitutes and buy himself an apartment. Maybe this happened to be your money.

Yes I have screenshot of my balance with the correct amount, but when I filled the online claim, they don't ask to send proof I just put the correct amount of BTC.
Maybe they will ask me more details when they realize that it doesn't match.
I saw another guy on reddit who had few btc and now is balance shows 0 BTC... I wonder How many guys are like me ? and I can't understand why the trustee contacted me if I had only 0,5$ on my account ... something is very strange, it seems that they are not very sure of their investigation.  Huh

Are you sure it was a genuine trustee that contacted you? If you had 100BTC you can bet every scammer in the world is going to come after you! Good luck getting those back, better in your hands than with those Mt Gox idiots, keep us all posted

Beeelzebub is right, you should hire an advocat.

Although an advocate would be sufficient.

Are you sure you had 100 bitcoins? What is your proof? Bitcoin transactions? Bank statements?

If you have that you can probably take them to court for trying to scam you.

Syscoin has the best of Bitcoin and Ethereum in one place, it's merge mined with Bitcoin so it is plugged into Bitcoin's ecosystem and takes full advantage of it's POW while rewarding Bitcoin miners with Syscoin
