Ethereum is ICO king, Do you agree?

maybe Ethereum was king of Ico before because many ICOs could succeed and the project could run smoothly. for now many failed ICOs don't know what happened and there are many causes, maybe in the future ICO will get better and Ethereum becomes the king of ICO.

Right now ethereum is still king of ico because almost all ico based tokens use blockchain etheruem as their foundation. Some blockchains are ethereum challenges but no one succeeds. There are actually quite a few projects that went with neo and not eth.
Even some on Waves.

but as far as the others, not so much.
Even though eth is suffering and it has huge scaling problems, it has something that other smart contract platforms don't:
market penetration

Eth is the easiest to come by and has the largest amount of trading pairs (besides btc).
Even second place Neo doesn't even come remotely close to it.
XLM may be valuated higher, but nobody does anything with it.
They just trade or hodl it, no function really as of now.
