I am not agree to remove you red tagged. You had returned money after got tag. It doesn't mean you are trusted now. You should returned money before open scam accusation. If you have solved problem with victim it's good. But you will not do in future no one can say. If you are trading something and unfortunately you are unable to delivery than you should return fund instantly. That's call trust. You are too late...

OP already told that he/she have paid the debt that he/she stole or from the loan that he/she didn't pay. Ognasty already decided that this person can still not be trusted because of the mistake which you have also said that he/she might still be doing in the future.

@OP, Everyone deserves second chances and you were given one therefore continue doing stuffs wearing that "Red Lipstick" as a sign of your mistake. Or just leave for everyone's safety.

That’s the thing, it wasn’t a loan. He said he would sell goods and then disappeared once he got paid. After being given negative trust and presumably realizing he cannot get paid for signature campaigns, suddenly he repaid and demands to have his account trust restored.
This is not for the signature campaign, but I just want to maintain a good repo here.

Then you should start with accepting responsibility for your actions.  You continuing to proclaim your innocence here instead of acknowledging wrongdoing will never get you any sympathy from me.

[ INNOCENT PROVED]

This is a flat out lie.  You are not innocent.  You are guilty.  Understand?  You repaid the stolen BTC, but what about amends?  What about the USD value of the refund?  What about acknowledging that you deprived someone of their funds likely causing emotional distress and potentially turning someone away from our community?  You keep trying to be the victim here, and you are not.  You are the culprit who has wasted now hours of my time and other community members' time with this nonsense, not including the victim's time to bring this scam to everyone's attention in order to see that you are brought to justice.

OG is right.. Even though the amount was repaid it was still a bad trade in that it surely stressed the other party and inconvenienced others..

With this as the only excuse..
As I already explained the @mikeywith about the issues I was facing, and I prefer keeping it private. I can tell you I had a medical issue and due to which I was unable to solve the problem created here
Just because he bought it doesn't mean others would, and who is to say the same situation wouldn't happen again? If I had a seizure they would pull my licence because it could happen again.. If you are prone to disappearing for periods of time while in the middle of a deal that is not good..
Even if their was no ill intent a warning that it could happen again is not unreasonable..
