SMART VALOR, the swiss start-up set to launch the Europe’s first security token exchange has engineered a seemingly unique token. VALOR is a hybrid payment & utility token running on the Ethereum blockchain, subject to the ERC20 token standard. VALOR was generated at the end of SMART VALOR’s token sale in March 2019. 1. Observation: The official statement says "deleting the word “licensed” and the jurisdictions in which it is currently planning to receive authorization". However, these were not the only words deleted. The word "first" also vanished. Could you give an insight into why?
2. Any ETA on the actionable from this "SMART VALOR will publish a further update within the next days in order to provide further transparency"

We deleted the worlds first as this is something which we want to achieve but in the end cannot guarantee. In order to avoid any further issues with the FMA we decided to be super conservative and delete everything which could potentially be challenged. However we still plan to be the first and are working on it.

Concerning the second point. We already did a statement which you see in the link above. What I wanted to say is that as soon as we have more news from FMA we will update you as soon as possible.
