There is zero chance of me going to jail over this which would be the only outcome that you or investors could hope for but that still doesn't get anyone any money.

My lawyers already confirmed over a year ago that stopping the buy back program was OK and I had no legal obligation to buy tokens and that I should close the site then. I kept it open another year to try and turn things round for investors though but it was a lost cause because of people like you.

Would it not be ironic if it were BillyBurns who in attempt to get back his $30,000 investment was the one that triggered the criminal investigation in to serial scammer Dean Nolan. One time biggest, staunchest defender of serial scammer Dean Nolan and betking being the one that played the biggest part in getting him imprisoned. After all, when he discovers and accepts he was told lies he will try to get his money back.

I have no idea if what your various investors claim they are owed by you are debts that a court will enforce, but my belief is they would if a lawsuit is filed within the statute of limitations. Your apparent intimidation elsewhere in this thread, and other history makes me believe that it would probably be best for any potential creditors to file a lawsuit sooner rather than later regarding any debts you may have defaulted on.

Excellent post PrimeNumber7. I think when it comes to serial scammer Dean Nolan the pattern emerged over time is that he is a compulsive liar. He posts lies upon lies and hopes to distract people from the actual situation.

The ridiculous "Many businesses fail every day. Don't invest what you can't afford to lose" line is not going to save him in any criminal or civil lawsuit. All it shows is the low-life serial scammer Dean Nolan cementing his position as the pathetic imbecile we all know him to be. Not all businesses have 50% of their ICO funds (over $3 million) stolen by the person trusted to operated the business therefore probably all businesses having that much stolen from them will fail.

Regarding him hoping to delay any action against until a statutory time limit has expired, that will not apply to this situation because he is a UK citizen holding a British passport and there is no such statutory time related issues in UK law. The Proceed of Crime Act 2002 is the section of UK law (especially the money laundering part) which will most probably be used against him and a successful prosecution always leads to jail time.

In his recent post he boasts about his legal team telling he is not liable for anything and he will not go to jail. The only reason he would post that is because he fears a criminal or civil legal case so is trying to put doubt in the minds of potential instigators that any legal case will fail - but the reality is a legal case will see him at the very least interviewed by the Police as part of a criminal investigation and at the most him being found guilty and jailed for theft of over $3 million that belonged to investors.

The lowest of the low was the final 50+ BTC he stole and blamed it on an imaginary hack but never even reported the theft of $400,000+ to the Police. Pathetic. Now he tells victims he needs time to repay them just for classic misdirection in order to put doubt in minds about holding off reporting him to the Police  

On of the other issues about victims wanting to report the matter to the Police is that some might be thinking that they will have to explain to the Police where they got the funds to invest and it might mean tax implications. First of all, they do not have to worry about reporting the matter to the Police. The Police will are not interested in the tax aspect of where the funds came from, they are interested in arresting and prosecuting criminals.

My case file is complete with evidence of the lies serial scammer Dean Nolan told on a regular basis. All I need is just one investor to say they are willing to report him to the Police then I will hand over everything to the UK Police myself while the victim can wait for the outcome of the criminal investigation to find out whether serial scammer Dean Nolan will get jail time and what assets were seized - and how much of their stolen funds they can expect to get back.

There has been much interesting reading on this thread. I am a betking coin holder prepared to take legal action. I want to connect with those who can help me provide information to the police and/or a lawyer. I have my own experiences but there are probably a thousand posts about Dean's criminal activities that need distilling (some of which has been done on this thread), and I'm sure others have other information offline (Jollygood has mentioned a case file).

You'll find that nearly all investors have been reluctant to come forward, partly from a false hope of being repaid someday but also the systematic way that Dean intimidates and silences anyone who has spoken up. I've added Dean's accounts to my PM ignore list... if you must bully me, do it in the forum so everybody can see how you treat those who put faith in you. Otherwise, post the police case number for your alleged hack - your unwillingness to do so although it's so easy to file a report is the most unambiguous signal of the truth.

Businesses do fail every day, and creditors often do not go after debts from failed businesses if there is no money to collect because it often is expensive to initiate a lawsuit to even attempt to collect.

If Dean were to make creditors believe there is no money to collect now, but there may be future income that will repay debts in the near future, creditors may not want to sue in court to try to collect. If there is money to be collected, it would be in creditors to file a lawsuit sooner rather than later to protect against the money being spent.

If this is a law that may result in Dean being criminally charged, this will probably not help any of his creditors if he is charged many years from today.Criminal courts often also have a longer "reach" than civil courts, as a criminal court in a location may have jurisdiction over a case that a civil court does not.

If one of Dean's creditors were to sue him to enforce the debt, they need to sue in a specific jurisdiction that depends on potentially a number of factors. If the terms of the debt do not specify what jurisdiction's court can hear any disputes related to the debt, a court with jurisdiction over the location of which the debt was incurred can likely hear a case. However the "location" of where a debt was incurred is frequently a more difficult question than it sounds. Different jurisdictions have different statutes of limitations as to when creditors can be sued, and if you sue in the incorrect jurisdiction, the statute of limitations may have expired by the time you find out that court cannot hear your case.

I can save you time. There is no debt to be repaid. There's also a group who already tried to sue, a year ago, who gave up because their lawyers said there was no case, the same as my lawyers said a year ago too.
