I want to know that which will be more profitable in future BTC or alts? Though i am a die heart fan of BTC but for now i think alts will be more profitable than BTC. So what's your opinion? Comment please.

It's true that both BTC and altcoins have potential in the future. However, as you can see there are over thousands of altcoins that gains more than bitcoin each day. The market is not as good as before, but, some altcoins are still recovering, unlike bitcoin. It actually depends on the timing, just make sure to stay updated before choosing where to invest.

alts totaly follow the btc so my answer is btc buy while it is cheap. alts depend on the btc any negative or postivie movement in the btc prices effect the overall market.. put your money into btc

During the last bull run when btc grew multifold and hit nearly 20k mark, even them many alts yielded more profits as compared to btc if we compare the percentages but personally i keep most of my investment in btc and eth as im most confident about them, alts tend to be more profitable but they are also more risky as they can also go down multifold, so you can diversify according to your risk management.

The answer you are asking is basically impossible to answer without some way to travel to future . Nobody knows (and I mean NOBODY) how this market will eventually play out. I personally think that BTC will always stay but a lot of alts will die out. Some alts though will sore to new heights .

I'd say that, throw your money into the thing you personally believe the most in .

Some altcoins have the potential to be more profitable than BTC, but predicting those is easier said than done without heavy research.

If you are on the forum looking for answers to such an involved and complex question then expect to be disappointed.

Search for the next EOS, NEO and ADA, they are surely out there, you just have to do the manual work.

Can't we say that we look at this percentage from the view of the fact that altcoins are cheaper and so we tend to acquire them much which makes a little move obvious in the price. To me I still believe that bitcoin price controls every other altcoin tendency to grow.

If you are going to buy altcoins you will need to do your analysis very well if not you may lose money at the end as some of them has been abandoned by the developers.  I think bitcoin still remains the best way to make money from the cryptocurrencies market.

When you do side-by-side comparisons of Bitcoin to alternative coins and even Big named alternative coins to lesser known alternative coins the percentage factors are always in favor of the smaller coins.  However, the liquidity of smaller alt coins is definitely a problem.  There might be enough room to make some people nice gains on smaller coins but the liquidity may not actually equate to very much actual money.

For the most part though, you can make more money on the smaller coins if you are adept at finding ones with enough liquidity and demand to sell your assets.

I believe that the cryptocurrency will be more profitable, which will receive greater use in the lives of people and in big business. Now the whole market is based on the Bitcoin trade and all pairs of trades are tied to trade with it. Altcoins need to have more trading pairs with fiat currencies.

i think it still depends if in the near future or in a really long to come future. for the next years bitcoin will still leave a big margin of profits. since a lot of alt still have to rely on it. on the other hand, on the real long run i think some alts can be much more profitable. some projects are already very interesting to give them a shoot

Although btc's value is much cheaper now than the year-end of last year but still it is very expensive to an ordinary person thus making people turn their heads and look for much cheaper altcoin and honestly they are more profitable than btc because even just a slight pump of price we can benefit from it because we are holding lots of altcoins.

I strongly believe that cryptocurrency will be lucrative which will be in  higher use in the future because of its capability of maintaining its stability irrespective of price fluctuations. Altcoins and bitcoins are both good but bitcoin is the top cryptocurrency since cryptocurrency was brought about.

You can't really answer this question.
For sure there will always be an altcoin more profitable than BTC during bull market, but it's difficult to predict which one altcoin it could be. Profitability of altcoins come from the fact there are new altcoins created everyday and their starting price is often low, maybe as low as BTC in 2009 so you can get loaded with very little investment. But with greater potential return the risks are also greater.
So theoretically alts will be more profitable, but it's difficult to know which ones, so if you invest $100 in alts you can lose money or earn a lot, wherever $100 put into bitcoin will give you some smaller but more sure profit.

You mean a die hard fan.  

Alts are mostly for trade. Not much are holding it except Tether if they cannot still pick what altcoin they will buy and trade again.
Although I have one altcoin which I have been holding for quite some time by now. I will still prefer to hold bitcoin.
You just dont know when the value of it will shoot up again, so it is better to be ready as always.

Most of the Altcoins will be destroyed. I think it's the right decision to buy Bitcoin. Altcoin investment is risky, but Bitcoin investment is highly reliable.
