What happened:
I added him to buy VCC and he requested $10 for VCC then we agreed on $8. I requested 1 test VCC for $8 and he told me ok after I sent BTC, he told me this price is for bulk buy but just 2min ago he told me $8 is ok for 1 VCC. I realized he is scammer after this and requested for refund. He told me he will send refund very soon but never happened.
