Is your team planning to invest in other cryptocurrencies? If so, which ones?

Hello. I heard about some lifelong dividends for ICO participants. Where can I learn more about it?

Hi. Can a legal entity take part in preliminary stage of TheFund token sale? If so, what conditions should it fulfill?

Why did the team decide not to take a break between the stages of the ICO? It’d be good to make a considerable pause between them.

Why? The ICO is long enough. What sense does pause between the stages make?

You know, as a rule, this allows to use the funds raised during the first stages on attraction in the following stages.

The strategy that you’ve offered is quite ineffective because if the following stages aren’t successful, excessive marketing costs will lead to budget deficit.

In addition, it seems to me that the team understands what will be better. But investors are often mistaken so sometimes they opinion shouldn’t be taken into account.

No, i don’t think so. Otherwise, the team would tell about it.

Good afternoon. Can investors vote for emplacement of people who manage the company? It’d make the platform’s development as transparent as possible.
No, so far it has been decided to abandon it, as there may be constant clashes for the management of capital, and the work of the Fund will be disrupted.

Let’s say that the members of your team will manage the projects which you invest in. How will they be able to hold concurrently positions?
In itself, such a decision would be wrong and incorrect. We do not want to cast a shadow on the work of our Foundation and discredit ourselves. That would be unacceptable. Investments will only come in projects that have nothing to do with our team members.

Hi. Does not it seem to you that buying the entire company is weird? You see, 100% of stocks is too much.
Our strategy involves such a purchase. However, it will not necessarily be so. The decision to invest is a very multifaceted issue. Therefore, everything will depend on the situation.

Let’s say that a long-term investment in one of the project won’t be paid off. What impact will this have on ordinary tokenholders?
In addition to long-term projects, investments will be made in the short term, as well as do not forget about the competent management as a result of which revenues can be generated. We diversify investments not only by the degree of risk but also by the payback period.

Hello. How many employees will there be in the staff of your platform and where will the office be located?
We assume about 20 employees, including at least 5 analysts, and at least 5 developers. With a place for the office has not yet been determined, but some of our employees will definitely be on remote work in different countries.

Are you planning to allow to use your tokens as a payment method within the framework of the ICO? ETH was badly hit because of this approach.
Our tokens should be taken solely as a confirmation of your participation in the fundraising. And then you will receive a reward for the investment. We do not plan that these tokens can be paid.

Is passive income only for contributors ICO? or for all token holders such as supporters or traders who hold your tokens?
The Fund has 2 parts. The first is infrastructure-this part of the Fund pays 20% of net income among all investors who came to us through ICO and Pre-sale. They will continue to receive income even if they sell tokens. However, all our token holders receive 90% of the net income of the investment part of the Fund.  Therefore, holders of our tokens receive not only income but also a valuable crypto asset in the form of our tokens. Investors can be token holders, but token holder cannot be an investor.
