I usually sleep for 6 hours a day. But this is not enough for me. I need more time to sleep but I don't sleep more cause I enjoy a deep sleep for the full time of sleeping.

I usually need 8 hours a day. If it's any less I will get terrible headaches. Same if I sleep longer than 8 hours.

I sleep around 5-8 hours depending on if I have something to do in the morning. As long as I get my coffee, I will always feel the same.

It is said that 8 hours is normal. For who? I sleep 5 hours a day and its normal for me. I look healthy, work normally and not sleepy all day. And my friend for example is tired if he slept less than 10-11 hours a day... So this is very individual.

How many hours do you sleep in a day and how sleeping actually feels?

My doctor said to at least have a 6-8 hours of sleep. It will calm and relax my brain.

What kind of question is that? Are you having trouble sleeping? I usually sleep 6 to 8 hours per night.

I do not sleep a lot, because I just do not have time to rest with my university schedule 6/1. And it is really hard for me to fall asleep, even when I am really tired. I take melatonin 30-40 min before bed, put my phone aside, read some book and then it is easier. Yet sleeping have been a major problem for me recently

Sleeping is very important to me. If I want to sleep fully, I have to sleep about 10 hours and not less. Otherwise, I will be very sleepy all the day. And I can't say that I am "owl". No, usually I go to sleep quite early.

Sleeping well is important to staying healthy and rested. Habits like minimizing caffeine and sleeping at regular hours can help.

I usually sleep for nearly 8 hours and it feels great, because i feel that it is enough and i'm always very active and have enough power for everything: studying, working and meetings with friends.

I sleep 7 hours, I feel great. I used to sleep only 4 hours- 4.5 hours, taking 15 minute naps during the day, it's not healthy you definitely feel different, your mood changes, you get to feel very tired as time passes by.
