the most important thing is that bitcoin and ethereum are in the top position to be used as one of the best coin choices. but maybe you should add neo and there is an additional coin that has good potential and it's real for now.

All top 100 ranking coin in coinmarketcap already dumped between 70% to 95% so its easy to make profit for long term because according to technical analysis all of that coins has potential to going up to the highest price again. I think the best coin for holding is ETH. It the most stable investment in my opinion. In the current situation, keeping non-Top10 coins is a big mistake.

I think Bitcoin and civic are two coins which you should definitely hold in the long run. Bitcoin being master of all crypto should be in everyone's portfolio for sure as it is sure to grow in the future. Civic on the other hand is a coin based upon the idea of identity verification with help of blockchain technology has tremendous amount of potential to grow in the future. A strong development team aids in its growth and you should definitely buy and hold it for good returns.

I'll go for Bitcoin and I think that this it is the top most pick of all holders and investors.
Due to strong market volatility, I'll be preferred to have a single or a just a two coin in my wallet rather than to have a lot of shit coins. It only give me stress looking them in a low value in the market.

for long term, i recommend placing a portion of your investment into bitcoin and ethereum. i think that coins are like price makers, so you will be more calm when investing in other coins

Holding of coin is better in long-term trading whenever the coin takes time to recover its price and gives us a fine gap between our cost price and selling price. Those coins which do not show any gap or less gain price are not best for holding but you can make short-term trading with those coins. Bitcoin is better in long-term and holding of it will result in big profit only if its price increases and you sell it.
