The best thing anyone can do now in a bear market is put your money into staking coins and masternodes. SHB is an excellent masternode because it has the properties
a good MN must have:

1) low rewards
2) low supply

Don't trade in this market, invest in MN's. It's like owning a stock paying you daily dividends. Let them accumulate, wait for the BULL run to start and sell your initial 200 coins you bought at .00045000 STS's, you will have 600 coins you can sell at .00125000. Looks like a no brainer to me but you must be patient.
