The question is : What would you change or might add to make it more reliable or interesting?
Maybe we need some criteria to be a bounty manager, the copper membership or campaign run on their own will not be allowed to manage campaigns.
Copper membership does not make someone more reliable as a bounty manager. Most campaigns that don't have any reputable campaign manager is also not that popular. Participant look for an experienced bounty manager. One thing I can think of to make bounty campaigns better is to have them escrow the same amount of bounty they are offering in eth. In that way, even if the project turned out to be a scam, there's still some funds in escrow to pay the participants.
Escrow would be the best, but is it possible in practice..(?) I don't think so.. Hopefully someday it will be standard.
I agree with this three suggestions:
Red trusted BMs shouldn't be allowed to manage campaigns.
Reports should be made on forms, not here on the forum.
There should be rewards for whoever finds scamming hunters in a campaign.
Reports in forms outside the forum - less spam
Elimination of red trust users and reward for finding spammer/scammer - that's also good ideas
