The deal is, we are all afraid to lose our money, who likes to lose their money ?

Money is the thing that keeps the world running and if we do not have money than we are out of the game, just like monopoly board game, so we never want to be out of the game and always keep that flow of staying alive until the next turn so we can get the paycheck once again.

However, if you do not ever take risks and do any sort of investments or try to go one bit further than your current state than you will always live paycheck to paycheck. I do not mean go all in and risk everything, some people take out loans and pay them while they are actually not making any money because of the bear market, so do not go out and do something that risky however if you want to just save up a bit cash on the side, nothing huge and try to use that money to invest into something you truly believe in.

If you lose that money, it was small enough that it didn't matter, if you make money you gained more to reinvest.

When you add encryption, you need to be prepared to lose money. Don't be afraid of him, learn to adapt, the market has a bear market and a bull market. When the bull market is coming, you will be very happy. Of course you have to adapt to this process. Wallet, I think other people are answering you. The best local wallet. Safety first.

You're right. All wallets are unreliable. Why do you want to collect everything in one place? You can have 5 wallets and hack only one. You lose 20%. You will lose everything when you break into your one wallet with all the coins.
That could make the wallet safe but more safer when used hardware wallet. It is true that keeping handsome amount on one wallet cannot make you calm because of many hackers but they could enter your account when you do not used it to give on untrusted sites. When you are joining airdrops, you should stop using your wallet but use another wallet for the safety. Risk is everywhere, you won't get away of that unless you are careful and secure.

I suggest you use hardware wallet trezor wallet, been placing my coins here for quite long time and i have'nt experienced hacks. Also try to have at least hardware wallets and spread your coins. Its safer not to put your coins in one wallet.

Use a hardware wallet instead so that you can keep it safe offline. Hide in a safe place that no one will know so that it will not get stolen in the future.

I think the most reliable cryptocurrency wallet is Ledger. I am sure that with this wallet you will definitely not lose anything and your capital will always be safe.

If you are afraid of losing money then you should start with a small amount of money, the amount you can afford to lose. Cryptocurrency offers a lot of opportunity, but it is also very risky. In my opinion, you have to take some risk to gain some.
do you read what he wrote? He is not afraid to lose his money when invest in altcoins, he afraid of hacker and want to keep his altcoin safe.
My suggestion for you is use a new computer and only use it to access your online wallet, do not access any else.

Hey, guys!

I become more and more nervous about my crypto safety.
I used different wallets for different coins before and now I want to choose one wallet for everything.
I have Bitcoin, Ethereum and Ripple.

The point is that even the biggest and as I thought the most reliable wallets have problems these days.
Money disappear somewhere, there's problems with access and withdrawals.

Can you recommend me a good, safe and reliable wallet, please?
I'm sure you have more experience in it.

If you put everything in a single wallet you risk losing it all.  Encrypted wallets with secure backups is the key to your safety.  It would be nice to have everything in one place but you would be putting all your eggs in one basket.

I would not recommend you to keep everything in one wallet. This will reduce the risk of losing all your savings in the event of force majeure. Bought a cold wallet.

Everyone is afraid. But no risk no fun  Grin Keep calm and hodl your coins until the better times. Even if you portfolio decreased by 5 times, do not sell anything or your will fix your loses. Hodling is the only policy. We will be rewarded for our patience one day.

I'm not going to sell something - I have enough patience and learned the market well in order to understand that it's a normal way of being for crypto.
I just want to choose a safe wallet to hold everything in one place.
Any ideas?

You are egocentric, if you never sell your coins.

Love is, to give if everyone want's to have, and to take, if everyone want's to give.

Organisms HAVE TO die at some time. For Bitcoin this could be in 1, 10 or 100 years, nobody knows.

And this said EVERY organism has a limit in it's gain.

If you don't want to give, you are one of the many greedy people trying to destroy nature by stupidity, and you will loose everything.

you are joining a risky industry in crypto so why are you afraid? Risk is always part of any endeavor so you should welcome it so you could move on and continue with your activities. there are many multicrypto wallet that you can use.  Any wallet can be hack if not properly manage so no matter how often you change, the risk would always be there.

Well, you are right about that as we don't like to lose even a single penny if possible. To lose means it could be our mistake that we should make it better to avoid another lose.

I think you are using the exchanges for storing purpose,if that is an wallet then there is no way to lose your money unless you have lose your private keys.If you are worrying too much then you should move to the hardware wallet which supports multiple crypto currency storage so all your coins will be safe and offline because when we are using only system to store then chance of phishing is possible.

You should be scared of losing money.  If not then you are oblivious to the real scenario.  If you want something safe then invest in Apple or a CD.
Buy yourself a ledger or Trezor if you are scared about safety.

There are wallets that cannot be compromised, except you choose to give your details out to another person or you are careless with it. I have known hardware wallets to be 100% secure. Which means that, inasmuch as it is still with you and only you know the security password to it, then your funds are safe. Do not also venture into keeping your funds for a long time on exchanges.

You are in on the ground floor of a world history changing paradigm shift in the way money is used; one that will affect every person alive on the planet eventually.

Early adopters like all of us need to be looking at a 5 to 10 year horizon.  We have officially signed up for the mental and emotional abuse the fiat masters will resort to in order to protect their power and control.

Do not capitulate.  See it as a battle of wills.

It doesn't matter if they say they can out last you.  That is no reason not to pass it on to your future generations and let them assume the mantle.

Because all of us are looking at such longterm holding, the only absolute way to preserve your holdings is to print out all your private keys on paper and keep multiple copies in separate physical locations.

Hundreds of years from now, in addition to finding physical treasure, treasure hunters will always be on the lookout for stashes of private keys.  It's coming folks.  Only a matter of time.  If not in my lifetime, I'm am extremely grateful I did it for my kids and their kids to come.

As the old saying goes, I'd rather have had a lot of crypto and see it go to zero, than have none and watch it skyrocket.

Best of luck to you, the poster, and everyone else out there struggling against the forces of fractional reserve banking.
