Yes, we also saw his thread here-) Regarding own bounty management: for now, we don't have such plans. There are so many good managers and bounty platforms in the market already that it's better to cooperate with them.

It doesn't really work on me and I see the bounty manager of that campaign isn't active plus with negative reputation so I'm withdrawing my application there.
