Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

You're going to have to give evidence of a scam to be taken seriously here.  Simply claiming someone scammed you doesn't mean much without proof.

I'm also not understanding what the problem is here.  They're requiring you to pay them $20 in order to withdraw funds?  Does that get deducted from your earnings or do you have to actually send them money?  I have no idea what that site is all about, and I'm not clicking on that link.  At the very least you should give more details.

OP have you ever heard of google? You can find many things there, especially if you type in search box "lokmoney.bid scam or legit". Look at all these results:

JewMoney.bid
NonMoney.bid
WecMoney.bid
MesMoney.bid
Money.club

And so one.
website does not have SSL Certificate. Are you kidding me?  Shocked
How ignorant someone has to be to put money in site without ssl?

I EARN 500$ there, when I go to the Withdrawn page they told me to pay 20$ VIA BTC, then they paid my Earning into my BTC wallet. But They Scammed me and Disable my account.
