Sometimes I feel sad seeing the accounts of people who have been hacked, even though the account owner struggles to raise his rank .
Hopefully anyone can help.

When accounts got hacked the owner of that account can lock that account until he recover it from the link which were sent when the password and email were changed,why he didn't do that?

Even if he lost the access of his email he can call any DT member to tag that account until the recovery by providing signing in message.

He has to sign a message from an address used earlier before the hack which was posted somewhere in the forum and has not been altered. The Ideal case is if he has a stacked Bitcoin address and can sign message from it.
Then a DT can tag the account but to get it back it will take some time.
